Unfailing Prayer to St. Anthony Feast day June 13 Blessed be God in His Angels and in His Saints. O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and Charity for His creatures made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore of you to obtain for me (mention your request). The answer to my prayer may require a miracle, even so , you are the Saint of Miracles. O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the Sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms, and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours. Through our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen O Christ, Our Lord, Who didst beautify the most blessed Andrew with the grace of apostleship and crown of martydom, by granting to him this special gift, that by preaching the mystery of the cross, he should merit death on the cross: grant us to become most true lovers of Thy holy cross, and, denying ourselves, to take up our cross and follow Thee: that by sharing Thy sufferings in this life, we may deserve the happiness of obtaining life everlasting . Amen
Prayer to St. Aloysius Patron of Youth Dear St. Aloysius, faithful follower of Christ, and loving patron of our youth, help us today to see right from wrong. Let us not lose sight of heavenly realities, while we apply ourselves diligently to the circumstances of our earthly lives. Enable us to hear God's voice, follow His will, pursue His purpose and accept His judgements. Help us to act to please God rather than ourselves or others. Enable me to walk in faith toward the future that God has promised to those who accept His word.
Prayer to St. Alphonsus Glorious St. Alphonsus, loving father of the poor and sick, all your life you devoted yourself with a charity really heroic to lightening their spiritual and bodily miseries. Loving father of the suffering, St. Alphonsus, whom I invoke as the Arthritis Saint, since you suffered from this disease in your lifetime, look with compassion upon me in my suffering. Beg God to give me good health. If it is not God's will to cure me, then give me strength to bear my cross patiently and to offer my sufferings in union with my crucified Savior and his Mother of Sorrows, for the glory of God and the salvation of souls, in reparation for my sins and those of others, for the needs of this trouble world, and for the souls in purgatory. (Pray one Our Father, one Hail Mary, one Glory Be.) Saint Alphonsus, patron of the sick, pray for me.l Amen
